A new bypass and rumours of Heysham 3. Is now the time to invest in Heysham?

As you know by now, nothing fascinates more than the local housing market.  It’s a good job,  I’m an estate agent.

This week we’ve been chatting about the new by pass,  and the rumours circulating Heysham 3.   It’s sounding more like when, not if,  Heysham 3 will be built especially with what the prime minister said in the House of Commons back in November .  Referring to the bypass he said:  “The important road works that are going to open up the port…are going to help when we bring in the new nuclear power station.”   Interesting stuff!

So today’s deal is over in Heysham.  We find the modern properties over here really do rent out very well and there is no reason at all why you shouldn’t be asking £450 cpm for this immaculate 1 bed apartment.
