Todays property deal is up for sale with Farrell Heyworth.  I still can’t believe we are promoting a competitors properties,  however this blog is all about finding the best deals out there and giving local landlords thoughts to consider!

As you can see this house is boarded up which is a good indication it’s a bank repossession.   The selling agent has refrained from showing any internal photos giving us a clue it needs either some attention inside or that the power is switched off!

Let’s say you purchased this for £55,000.  Let’s pretend by the time you have done work etc, it stands you at £65,000.  You would still have a gross yield over 9%!    You may also get a long term tenant wanting this,  we are thinking most probably a younger family on housing benefit.
