I’ve been looking on Rightmove today seeing for our regular landlords what property bargains are available out there. I’ve created a shortlist. It’s very varied as different landlords have different requirements. Some want high yields, some are looking at long term growth. Others wanting the best of both worlds!
Whilst searching, I came across the house above. At £55,000 this house is cheap. You could say its cheap for a reason. Or reasons…..
- It’s not in the best of area’s….
- It’s not in the best of conditions…..
However. Look at the price at tag. Think what you could do for it. Rent it out to a DSS tenant and once you have renovated this home you could expect to achieve a minimum of £450 pcm.
