How do you choose which estate agent in Lancaster or Morecambe to use?
It is an interesting question, isn’t it? On the surface, you might think all estate agents do the same. After all, we are all here to help get your home sold. But that’s like saying all hairdressers are the same – they are there to cut hair. Some do it great – and, some – well not so great!
Over 2300 people responded to questions relating to this in the latest Home Move Trends Survey. They were asked why they chose their estate agent. It is interesting to see that confidence in the agent’s ability and good market knowledge came out top!
