This week our market research team have been chatting with clients as to how they feel about viewings on their home, both pyhsical and in person.
There is no doubt about, not one home seller wants excess viewings, people who are just thinking about moving looking around, and many have been nervous that lockdown might encourage a few time wasters – people who have nothing better to do with their time!
Many still find it odd, that home movers are allowed to view properties yet members of their own family and friends still aren’t allowed indoors. It’s crazy isn’t it when you really think about it.
However, there is a lot of positivity. People want to get moved, they just want to make sure it is done in a safe manner and that social distancing is enforced. To overcome fears and also to respect the government guidelines, we have brought safety different measures into place and they are working exceptionally well, plus houses are getting snapped up!
We also have video tours of homes created, we have taken extra photos and of course, all homes have floorplans. Where clients prefer, we can also carry out virtual viewings. Where there is a will, there is a way!
